We start with a one-on-one conversation to understand your interests, focus areas, and preferences. Whether it's in person, a property walkthrough, or a FaceTime call, we tailor the experience to suit your needs.
During our visit, we assess your outdoor spaces and take into account all viewing angles—both outside and from within your home. This ensures our designs enhance every perspective. Most designs and proposals are completed during this stage, giving you a clear vision of the project.
Once you approve the design, a deposit secures your place on our installation schedule. We then contact Miss Utility to mark the property for safe installation.
On installation day, our team lead will introduce themselves and the crew. Most of the work is done outside your home, so your presence isn't required. We work efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily routine.
Once the installation is complete, we’ll walk you through the finished project. We take pride in our craftsmanship and won’t consider the job done until you’re smiling.
After the final review, we request a review from you and settle the remaining payment. Then, all that's left is for you to sit back and enjoy the stunning results of your new lighting system.
